What I have up for auction is an excellent condition, fully operational, used Wide Angle lens. This is a Leitz Wetzlar Summaron 1:2.8 35mm wide angle lens for the Leica M3 Rangefinder camera. The only issue with this lens is there is a small ding on the inside glass of the viewing eye. When you look through it, you don't see it at all. Up for auction is a Ernst Leitz Wetzlar Summaron 3.5cm 1:3.5 Leica Lens with Screw Mount. This lens was purchased at a local estate sale and is in good condition. The glass is clean and has no scratches. This lens was part of a collection that I bought. The seller said that the owner was very careful with this set and owned it since new. The lens turns smoothly and does not have any fungus. This listing includes everything you see in the photos.

This is one of the first models produced as it has the 'Spirit of Ecstasy' on the grill. This was later removed from the moulding by Dinky as it was considered unsafe as children could easily scratch themselves on it. Magnificently restored to look as good as new. It comes complete with Lady Penelope and Parker figures. The missile and four rear harpoons are replacements (these are always the first things to go missing… so many missions!) Also included with this immaculate model is a good quality inner and outer repro box.

I did not say that the pre-amp was out of the cabinet or the packing of UPS. I said that the pre-amp did not reproduce sound when I checked it. I talked to ebay re their suggestions. I was advised to contact UPS, due to your report that the unit was internally damaged, possibly in shipment. The unit was packed by UPS and was insured. I was told that UPS would come to your place and inspectthe unit, so hope that you haved some of the packaging or took some photos. Also, did you indicate that th pre-amp was out of the cabinet or out of the packing done by UPS. Sorry for all of this problem. I am certain that the unit was in very good condition when taken to UPS for packing and shipping. Hopefully the situation can be resolved with too bother andwithin too much time.
