アメリカ宛ての国際郵便がストップしたのは4月23日からです。
しかし、航空機がほとんど運行していないため、お届けには数ヶ月から半年くらい掛かるかもしれません。
またニューヨークはコロナウイルスの感染が特にひどいので、もしかしたらお届けできないかもしれません。
代金は全額返金しておきます。
商品はもし届いたらラッキーくらいに思っておいて下さい。

And what is worse, by considering the situation surrounds New York City with Covid-19, we are afraid that the goods cannot be delivered.

もし落札できた場合、クレジットカードの決済日を4月2日にしてもらうことは可能でしょうか？？

If I win a bid, can I arrange the settlement date of my credit card payment on April 2nd?

木版画の下部にテープがくっついてしまっているので、剥がす際に多少破れてしまいます。
そのため購入した状態と比較すると商品価値は落ちると考えています。

商品自体は気に入っていますが現状のコンディションだと750ドルでの購入は高すぎると思います。
そのような経緯で、返品するか、もしくは一部返金をして頂くかの相談をpaypal経由でしました。

一部返金が可能な場合何ドル程度できるのか教えて下さい。

The tape is stuck on the bottom of the wood engraving so it may be broken somewhat as I peel the tape off.
I consider this will affect to the commodity value by comparison to the condition when I purchased.

I am pleased with the item itself but USD750 is too expensive with current condition.
So I asked you via PayPal for if I can return the item or can receive partial refund.

If partial refund is acceptable, please let me know the amount of the refund that I can receive.
