Hello. I'm inqiring from Japan.

Will this service accept the Japanese PayPal or are the cedit cards issued in Japan available for the payment?

We need to enter an address in the US of the buyer who resides in the US and accept returns to our address in Japan.

For this reason, we need to purchase return labels from Japan as our payments.

Another thing is,
even though the shipping date or the shipping weight are changed after purchasing a shipping label, are we doable to ship the goods using the purchased shipping label ?

Or, when we chage the shippinng date, do we need to purchase the shipping label once again after canceling the one we already purchased?

ＮＥＣの要望は以下のとおりです。
１．契約の有効性について
・先ず、ＳＡＰとして、ＩＢＭが何故この契約を有効と認めていないのかという理由を明確にして
ほしい。
・特に、契約期間について、“追加条件”の存在を確認してもらいたい。
2010年８月6日、ＳＡＰの佐藤さんがＮＥＣと-契約した時、追加条件として、最短契約期
間を5年としている。
・ＳＡＰは、契約の有効性をＩＢＭと協議の上、確認して欲しい。

Let me update you about the results discussed with Mr. Yamada of NEC.

The requests from NEC are as follows:

1. Effectiveness of the contract
* First of all, NEC wants to know accurate/clear reasons from SAP why IBM would not approve the effectveness of this contract.
* Particularly, in respect to the period of the contract, NEC wants to make sure to confirm if any of "additional terms/conditions" are present or not. When Mr. Sato of SAP signed the contract with NEC on 6th August 2010, there was an additional term/condition which states that the shortest period of the contract shall be five (5) years.
* NEC wants to make sure that SAP confirms about the effectiveness of the contract by discussing with IBM.
