Pooled resources, presented as a single entity
It can be inconvenient, or undesirable, to allow the user to select from a number of similar resources. For example, you may not want a candidate to choose from a list of interviewers, but rather assign the first one available, or assign one at random.

When you connect a service to a resource schedule that has multiple resources, you will see the option to connect to « Any of … » the resources. You can also combine resources across schedules by clicking the or button. On the Configure > Services page of the service schedule you can find an option If multiple resources are available:.

An example would be a consultant who works in multiple locations and wants to provide a schedule tailored to each location. Each location could have a different price, different services, and different opening hours.

In this case, you would create a resource schedule as the basis and then create one or more service schedules that connect to the same resource schedule. You can define user groups to ensure that users intended for one schedule do not end up on a different one.

Combine schedules into one view
Sometimes you need more flexibility than the settings of single schedule can provide, in that combining schedules can provide a solution.

For example, you may have a scenario where on weekends you need the buffer time to be different from weekdays, because travel time is different during the weekend. Or you want the limit per user to be different on Fridays to encourage more people to book on that day.

After that you create a service type schedule and define a service to be dependent on “Weekday” or “Weekend”. The result will be a logical combination of the settings on each schedule. How schedules interact
When the system checks availability it takes into account if there are conflicting appointments for any of the requested resources, of course. However, there are many other scheduling constraints that you can configure:
Opening hours
Special days such as holidays
Limit how long in advance a booking can be made
Limit appointments per time period or in total
Ensure a synced Google or Outlook Calendar is available

A time period is only available if it complies with all those constraints including the constraints for each resource that the service depends on.

First, try out the Shortcuts app
Before the iPhone allows you to install a shortcut from a third party you will have to do two things: run a shortcut at least once and change the security settings.

So, first find the “Shortcuts” app on your phone by swiping down and typing its name. It’s installed by default on all modern iPhones, no need to download it from the App Store. Pick any one of the shortcuts on display in the gallery and run it.

Next, go to the “Settings” app and scroll down to the settings for the Shortcuts app. Here you will find a setting “Allow Untrusted Shortcuts”. You will need to enable this to be able to install the shortcut in the next section.

Install a Shortcut from the gallery
Now you are ready to set up our own shortcut.

Instead of copying these steps one by one you can just click one of the options below and it will install the shortcut from the gallery:

If you see a warning that the shortcut cannot be opened, you will want to make sure you did not skip the steps from the previous paragraph When you install the shortcut it will automatically ask you for a schedule ID and for a password. Your schedule ID can be found by clicking the “Configure” button next to your schedule on the Dashboard.

To put the button on your Home Screen click the circled ellipses (…) and on the pop-up, again click the ellipsis and then click “Add to Home Screen”. You can also simply say the name of a shortcut to Siri to have her (him? it?) activate it for you.


Modify the shortcut to suit your needs
You can rerun the setup at any time if you want to connect it to another schedule: click the circled ellipsis, and on the pop-up click the ellipsis once more, then click ”Customize Shortcut”.

If you have multiple schedules you can duplicate the shortcut by clicking and holding the shortcut button until a pop-up appears, from there you can choose “Duplicate shortcut”.

The low-fuel sender is a float switch which activates the LOW FUEL annunciator, indicating approximately five gallons of usable fuel remaining.
On later aircraft, a second float switch activates the <12 GAL FUEL annunciator, indicating approximately 12 gallons of usable fuel remaining. At moderate to high power settings, the 12 gallon annunciator will illuminate approximately 15 to 20 minutes prior to the LOW FUEL annunciation.
Due to fuel tank geometry, the level at which the <12 GAL FUEL annunciator illuminates varies with helicopter pitch and roll attitude and is therefore affected by helicopter CG.

12 gallon annunciation is accurate in a level attitude but may be inaccurate by as much as four gallons if helicopter is loaded to CG limits. Aft, left loadings cause annunciation with less than 12 gallons remaining and forward, right loadings cause annunciation with more than 12 gallons remaining.
For high engine torque/MGT, a beeping tone indicates torque above 100% or MGT above 782°C (5-minute limits). High torque is indicated by four beeps per second, increasing to 12 beeps per second if torque exceeds 108%. High MGT is indicated by 12 beeps per second. The beep tone will also come on during start if MGT exceeds 860°C, indicating an abnormally hot start.

For high torque/MGT, depressing the test button give four beeps per second for two seconds followed by 12 beeps per second.
