Original Text I spent a lot of time with ○○ in the studio, and I really wanted to capture his intentions and messages while proposing a unique way to convey them visually. There are specific lyrics that strike me, and particularly his analysis of how we are at times like robots, everyday on our phones ‘looking like standing stones’. I was really interested in the idea of how the challenge of living with technology has turned us into repeats of the same. It’s a sort of individual statement on the loss of individuality through technology, done in a way that at the same time not only embraces it, but is dependent on it. I spent a lot of time with ○○ in the studio, and I really wanted to capture his intentions and messages while proposing a unique way to convey them visually. 私はスタジオで○○と多くの時間を過ごし、彼の意図やメッセージを汲み取りつつ、それらを視角的に伝えるユニークな方法を企画した。特に衝撃的な歌詞がいくつかあり、とりわけ、我々がときどき、まるでロボットのように、ケータイの上のメンヒルのように見える、という彼の分析が印象に残った。テクノロジーと共に生きることの難しさ、それが我々を同じことの繰り返しにしてしまう、とういう発想に興味を惹かれた。それはある意味、テクノロジーの中での個性の喪失、利用しながら、依存してしまっている、に対する個人的なステートメントなのだ。

Original Text Yes as you can see many people LOVE this cage and especially the body design. I think the reason why this is so special is because the body is so-so beautiful. It reminds me of a beautiful woman ;-) with beautiful curves! If you give me FULL PERMISSION we can duplicate this body and cage in our Factory. The way I see this is that even IF we are able to reproduce this body/cage 100%, your body/cage is still the only STEEL and ALUMINUM panels one in existence. I would love to also have this cage for myself (in nylon) and I would love to RUN it in the sand. But I would never run this steel and aluminum version because I am afraid to scratch the BODY! LOL!
