最初あなたは、ebayでPDBC-300の商品を出品していましたね？
だが、私はこの画像と全く同じものが欲しいと伝えた。

PetSafe社のこの商品は最初から持っていなかったんですね？
もし、持っているのなら交換を希望しますが、最初に出品していた
商品を送って来たのでそれは難しいだろうと私は思っています。

Thank you for the reply. Firstly please allow me to apologize. I did not mean to send an abrupt message to you and should of discussed it with you from the begginng.

I believe that you displayed the product "PDBC-300" on ebay. However, I precisely mentioned that I wanted to receive the exact same product as the image that was displayed.

I am curious as to whether the company PetSafe had the product in the first place. Nonetheless, if they still do have the product, I would like to exchange it. I do understand that since it already has been delivered it may be difficult to exchange.

In sum, I would like to know if it is possible to exchange the product. If that is not the case, I would like to return the product. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for your time.
