最近はお酒をあまり飲まなくなったこともあり、コーヒーの味や香りを楽しむことが楽しくなってきた。

私の記憶のコーヒーは常に仕事と一緒だった。明らかに昔飲んでいたコーヒーは今のものより安いしおいしくないと思う。でもその時々に感じていた達成感がおいしく感じさせていたのだとも思う。今では嗜好が変わり、ついにコーヒー一杯を楽しめるようになってきた。りんごの中に星を見つけることのように、コーヒーで小さな幸せが発見できるように、どんなことでも自分次第で楽しみは見出せる。
価値観の変化

Lately, I rarely drink alcohol, and I started enjoying the taste and smell of coffee.

In my memory, coffee goes along with work. I'm sure the coffee I used to drink was much cheaper and less tasty that the one I drink now. But at the time it gave me a sense of accomplishment and a nice flavor. Now my taste has changed, and I like to enjoy a single cup of coffee. Just like finding a star inside of an apple, or finding a little happiness in a cup of coffe, I think it depends on everyone's self how you can find happiness.
The change of values

身体が疲れてくると味覚も変わり苦味も増してたかもしれない。それでも仕事がうまくいったあとのコーヒーはおいしく感じた。
最近は朝に豆から挽いてコーヒーを煎れる。豆を挽いた時の香り、コーヒーを入れたときの香り。コーヒーを口に含んだ時の香り。
どの香りもすばらしいが、特に豆を挽いた時の香りが一番豆の特徴が出るような気がする。豆によっても違うが酸味やナッツ臭、カカオの香りがしてとてもリラックスできる。日によってアメリカンにしたり、エスプレッソやカフェオレにして楽しむ。

Maybe as the body gets tired the sense of taste changes, and things may be felt as more tasty than they are. Regardless, the coffee I used to drink after finishing work was really good. Lately, I brew coffee by grinding seeds. The smell of grinded seeds, the smell of the poured coffee. The smell of coffee inside your mouth.. Every smell is incredible, but I fell like the smell of grinded seeds it the one in which you can feel the essence of the seeds the most. Depending on the seed you might get acidity or a nutty smell, or a relaxing smell of cocoa. I like to switch everyday, from american coffee to italian espresso.

その頃はオフィスワークをしていて、いつもオフィスにはインスタントコーヒーがあり、朝は決まってブラックコーヒーを飲んでいた。すでにたばこを止めていたこともあり、ブラックを好むようになっていた。冬に雪が積もった朝などは、仕事前にみんなで雪かきをした後に仕事を始める。これがけっこう大変で雪が多いときは1時間以上かかってしまう。その後に飲む暖かいコーヒーがまた格別だった。仕事が夜遅くなることはよくあり、ただ苦いだけのインスタントコーヒーを何杯も飲んでいた。

I used to work at an office at the time, so there was always some instant coffee, I always used to drink black coffee in the morning. I already had quit smoking, and I started liking black coffee. When it snowed, all of us would start working after shoveling the show. This was pretty tiresome, and when the snow was abundant it would take more than 1 hour. After that, drinking a warm coffee was exceptional. It often happened that I had to remain at work till late, so I used to drink many cups of bitter instant coffee.

その時々で飲むコーヒーの種類は違うけど、いつも記憶の中では仕事をしながらコーヒーを飲んでいます。当時飲んでいたコーヒーは今飲むとおいしくないのかもしれないけど確かにその時はおいしく感じていました。習慣のように飲んでいたコーヒーも少し掘り下げてみたら小さな幸福であるように思います。誰でも日々の中に小さな幸福を見つけることができるのかもしれない。20代前半の頃は特に缶コーヒーばかりを飲んでいた。日本はどこにでも自販機があり、熱いコーヒーも冷たいコーヒーも手軽に買えた。

I used to drink many types of coffee, but what I clearly remember is that I used to drink coffee during work. Today I might think that the coffee I sued to drink at the time is not that good, but I'm pretty sure at the time I used to think it was good. If I think about it, this habit of drinking coffee was a small piece of happiness for me. Maybe everyone can discover little happiness in the everyday life. I used to drink canned coffee especially in my 20s. In Japan everywhere there's a vending machine, so I could easily buy coffee, both warm and cold.

Exhibition contents]
"ATTACK ALL AROUND10 (Exhibition)" exhibition featuring AAA!
The location is divided by theme into "ATTACK", "ALL", and "AROUND", all of them created with a content filled with thoughts of the 10th anniversary of AAA!

Last year "Eh Panda's room" was very popular
