Dear mints_house_japan, I would like to formally request a refund. The events surrounding this purchase were nothing short of a nightmare before my international flight to Japan. I have mentioned this previously but I will detail the happenings below. This happened due to your incorrect estimations of delivery time, therefore I will be requesting a refund of the payment I had to make to ensure I would receive the item. Firstly, I was told the expected delivery for the item was between Tuesday 1st November to Wednesday 9th November 2016. This was part of the reason I purchased the item as I had an international flight on the 21st of November 2016 and assumed the item would be delivered within this timeframe.

これは御社の誤った納期予測により起こりました。そのため、確実に受け取りたかった商品の返金をお願いしたいのです。
まず納期は１１月１日から１１月９日とお伺いしておりました。１１月２１日には海外への渡航予定がありましたので、この納期で受け取れるならということが購入を決定したひとつの理由でもありました。

Secondly, after numerous attempts to establish contact with you I finally got a message from you. I was told you would contact me that day, however it was four days before I received correspondence back from you. And it was not of any assistance as I already had the tracking number and was following the package diligently. Thirdly, the details you placed on the item were incorrect. The weight, dimensions and estimated value of the item were incorrect, even though you had the exact figure I paid for the item at your disposal.

次に、何度もご連絡を取ろうと試みてようやくお返事をいただくことができました。その日の内にご連絡くださると言われていたにも関わらず、連絡があったのは４日前です。また、こちらは既にいただいていた追跡番号で荷物の状況を絶えず確認をしていましたが、少しも助けてはいただけませんでした。
最後に、その商品に記載されていた詳細は正しくありませんでした。わたしが記載されていることを信じお支払いをした、その実際の商品をお持ちだというのに、重量、サイズ、評価額は誤っておりました。

As the defects on the rear lens is not my fault, I read your description it was told no defects on your Mamiya 500mm lens. Unfortunately I got the defected lens with separation in the center at the rear elements.
This separation affects the photo quality and down graded the resale value a lot.
Please make decision which action you want to do

1) reasonable partial refund
or 2) fully refund and send me the return shipping label. You can make the label from Canadapost.ca and send me the label through web.

Please do it today. I'll file the claim if I didn't not got your news or refund by tonight 12;00.

この割れは写真の品質に影響しますし、転売価格が下がってしまいます。
