I placed the order (702-1658023-8018624) in Nov, and expect to be a Christmas present and start to use in Jan as a daily planner ( I order a 2017 planner as well), now it was delayed , I was deeply disappointed. Can you make a faster shipment at your cost and make it arrives by Christmas Day?
By the way, I order the traveller bundle set at the price cdn $85, now the price is reduced to $75 ( 12 Dec), will I get the price change refund?

私は11月に注文(702-1658023-8018624)を行いました。これはクリスマス・プレゼントにしようと思い、また、1月以降にデイリー・プランナーを使おうと思って(2017年のプランナーも注文しています)の発注だったのですが、商品の到着が遅れています。わたしはとてもがっかりしています。そちらの経費持ちで、出荷を早急に行って頂き、クリスマスの日までに急送してもらえるよう手配して頂けませんか?
ところで、私はトラベラー・バンドルセットを85カナダドルで発注したのですが、現在、その価格は75ドルまで(12月12日現在)下がっています。この差額を返金いただくことは可能ですか?
