Japanese

I reserved the air ticket by expedia, but they mistook my name and reserved the ticket. I asked them to change the ticket but they say they can't.
Expedia says I have to cancel the ticket once and purchase it again.
However, there is only the ticket for 2800 USD. I'm looking for another ticket with Vietnam Airlines.
Please wait for reservation of the hotel and ticket, which I asked you to make, for a while. I'm not sure I can go to Vietnam as scheduled.

I reserved the airline ticket on Expedia, Inc., but they reserved the ticket for me under a wrong name. While I asked them to change the ticket, they replied to me that they could not.
According to Expedia, Inc. I have to cancel the ticket once and purchase a new one.
However, there is only one ticket that costs 2800 USD. I'm looking for another with Vietnam Airlines.
Please wait a while before you book the hotel and ticket, which I asked you before. I'm not sure if (whether) I can go to Vietnam as scheduled.

"Expedia says I have to cancel the ticket once and purchase it again."
Please be careful to use the pronoun "it" accurately. "It" refers to the ticket that the person has to cancel; he/she is required to get a new one (in this sentence, the new one means a different ticket.). And be careful not to omit the article in English.
