Finally I've realized that the switch from 4 to 3 in the article corresponds to the control switch functions from PS4 to PS3, instead of a turbo speed switch, which is present in other models.
Sorry if I've bothered you, but the instructions manual is in Japanese, I've needed a clear answer and that's not what I've received. Furthermore, the package has arrived late and pre-opened to me, so there were enough reasons to ask you.
Thanks for all, and as a suggestion, if you accept it, try to improve your attention to your foreign customers :-)

全体的に言葉の選び方が不自然です
