English

I replay to your inquiry. I apologize that there is a crack on the surface of lens. We could not identify that problem in inspection. If a crack does not affect the picture, we would like to show our apology in a way of refunding a part of money of a product as a compensation, how does it sound to you? How about 30 USD for refund?
I am looking forward to your reply

"I reply your inquiry" is not proper English. It would be better to say: "I am replying to your inquiry."

Additionally, you should write, "how does that sound to you?" instead of "how does it sound to you?" and "How about 30 USD for the refund?" instead of "How about 30 USD for refund?".
