購入したTシャツ40着に問題があったため、セラーに返品を依頼し、セラーはRMAを受諾した。私は5/20にEMSで荷物を発送し、eBayにキャリアと追跡番号を登録し、荷物はの税関に5/23に到着した。

しかし税関に荷物が留まったままなので、EMSに問合わせると「受取人が関税の支払いを拒んでいるのではないか？」と返事だった。

セラーにクレームを書く前にeBayで我々のやりとりの履歴を見ると、私のアドレスの欄に
x
という知らない名前と住所が載っていた。

是非、返金されるようご助力頂きたい。

There were problems with 40 T-shirts I bought so I requested the seller the return of goods and they accepted RMA.
I shipped the parcel on 20 May by EMS and registered the carrier and the tracking number in eBay. The parcel arrived at customs on 23 May.

However, the parcel got held at customs then I inquired EMS to have received their reply saying ' the receiver maybe refusing to pay the import duty'.

I have checked the past history of our correspondences before making a complaint to the seller, then found X as the name and address, which I am not familiar with, in the column for my address.

I need your help for refund.
