Furthermore sending by EMS is also free of charge.

As you can see the attached image, first parcel was arrived in NY on 18th March however its been hold for some reason.
It is certain that slightly late action of delivery therefore would it be possible for you to call USPS call center again to ask the situation about your parcel?
