English

We could not identify order # 102-4414052-0085818 ordered on February 19th at our shop.

I believe you bought it at another shop.

There are many shops on Amazon's product page.

I do not know anything besides what is written on he manual.

If you cannot get the watch to work by looking at the manual, I recommend that you return it.

Thank you for the review! Is it better not to add the "th" after dates when it's in the middle of a sentence?

Well, I thought the "month-number form (in this case, February 19)" would be used in writing but "month-number+th, st or rd form (in this case, February 19th)" would be used more in speech, and it was more natural that way. But I did some research and found out that actually either form is correct! Sorry for the confusion ^^;
