「不確かな場合は」は、よくわからない場合は、「必要などんなご連絡も安全に確実に行うことができます」は、ご必要となる可能性のあるどんな指示（説明）も　確実にあなたに安全にご連絡できるようになります、「インターネットで提供されております」は、あなたのインターネット・サービス・プロバイダがお手伝いできるはずです、などとするのがよいのでは。
