私はお客様からネガティブな評価を受けました。配達予定日が2月20日から3月13日になっているのに、一方的にまだ届いていないと言う事が理由です。
削除してもらうことは可能ですか?お客様の商品ははもうすでにアメリカ国内に到着しております。宜しくお願いします。
