The postman has just dropped off the Titanium DX Stove and unfortunately it is even worse than the first one, the box shows no visible signs of damage, but its certainly not strong enough to stop any damage occurring. Looking at the item I would say this is a seconds, it certainly doesn't look like it was checked beforehand.
Can I suggest before you send a replacement that it is checked beforehand by taking out of the box, and then packaging in more than a jiffy bag so to prevent any damage in transport.

郵便配達の人が今Titanium DXストーブを届けてくれましたが、受け取った商品は前回のものよりひどいものでした。梱包の箱には損傷は見当たりませんがこの箱の強度では（内容物の）損傷を防ぐことができないことは確かです。商品をみるかぎり、これはセコンド（傷のある商品）です。発送前にこの商品の状態をチェックしたとは到底思えません。

代わりの商品を発送する前に箱から取り出して検品し、輸送中の損傷を防ぐためにジフィーバッグだけでなくもっとたくさんの梱包材を使うことをお薦めします。
