with beautiful interior...ですが、この場合エンジンの内外装がきれいと受け取られないでしょうか。また、issues with itですが、これもエンジンに関する争点というふうに思われないでしょうか。クルマ全体として問題がないと言っているようですから、単純にThere is no problem whatsoever.などでもよいかと思います。
