下記手順を記載します。

1.まず、配達業者に壊れていたと連絡してください。
（※お手数ですが、連絡して頂かないと先に話が進みません。）
レポートを作成します。
内容に関しましては詳細を聞かれると思いますが
専門家ではないので、大体の状況と壊れているという事をしっかりお伝えください。
（それがないとこちらは動けません。）

2.レポートがこちらの配達業者に提出されます。
私が初めて検証依頼が出せます。
そして、こちらで状況を検証します。

3.確認が取れ次第、商品代、発送料、返送料のご返金を致します。

Please find the below procedure.

1. Contact shipping company and claim the broken item (This must be done first to proceed the others)
Write report. They will ask about the detail, but as you are not the specialized person, brief explanation of the condition and clearly mentioning that the item is broken is important. (Again, this must be done for us to proceed)

2. The report is submitted to the shipping company at this side.
I can then submit the investigation request, and they will start investigating.

3. Upon confirmation of the situation, refund for item, shipping charge and returning charge is made.
