ご連絡ありがとうございます。再度確認しました。ボリュームノブを最大にしてスピーカーに耳を近づけると、わずかに音が聞こえます。
しかし、それ以上の音は全く出ておりません。セッティングは間違っておりません。やはり故障しているのではないのでしょうか？

大変困惑しております。また、修理業者に確認してもらいます。
