今日eBayのアドバイス通り、PayPalの問題解決センターで異議を提出しました。その後すぐにPayPalに電話し、配送中の事故だと伝えたところ、eBayのGlobal Shipping Programでの配送なので、PayPalですべて処理してくれると言われ安心しました。お互いに問題なく解決できそうです。

As advised by eBay, I have made the motion to claim to be settled by Claim solution Center. Soon after, I called PayPal and told them that it is the incident occurred during eBay Global Shipping Program shipping, and was told that the claim will be settled by Paypal. For this, I believer we can settle the issue smoothly.
