神戸ポートピアホテルは、ホテル業界では初めて学会参加者専用の「おもてなしアプリ」を開発した。

今回開発された「おもてなしアプリ」は、１人ひとりの参加者によりきめ細かなおもてなしを提供するために、、周辺情報や観光案内だけでなく、ホテル側へ問合せができるコンシェルジュ機能を導入。スタッフがいち早く返信、対応する。

プログラム変更の通知、事務局からの案内などはアプリを起動していなくても情報が届くようになっている。また問合せ内容を蓄積し、他の利用客も閲覧が可能となっている。

Kobe's Portopia Hotel is the first hotel to develop "hospitality app" for attendees to academic conferences.
