①バイヤーからのコメントをすべて確認致しました。
バイヤーが満足していない多くの原因は商品が届かない、商品が届くのが遅いということです。
私は以下の対応および改善をします。
・今まで通りすべての商品に対して追跡番号を設置して出荷します。
これでリアルタイムにバイヤーからの商品の所在の問い合わせがあった時に対応できます。

Regarding Negative Feedback Rate and Filed A-to-z Claim Rates.

1) I have checked all the buyer comments.
Most of the concerns are caused by non or late deliver of product.
I will implement the following to countermeasure this.
[] As I have done now I will always establish a tracking number prior to shipping product this will give me real time location information to provide to the buyers when asked.
