先月購入した商品のうち1点に不具合がありましたのでご連絡させていただきました。
商品名:
クラウンに2点のキズ、へこみがあり、このままでは新品は販売できません。(画像を添付しますのでご確認ください。)
訳あり品としてこちらで処分しますので、割引していただく事は可能でしょうか?
こちらの希望は$30の値引きです。
もし難しいようであれば返品をお願い致します。

There are 2 scratches and dents on the crown and I cannot sell this as a new product. (I am attaching a photo so please kindly confirm. )
I will dispose of it as a "not quite perfect" product so is it possible for you to provide a discount?
I am hoping for a $30 discount.
If this won't be possible, then I will ask for a product return.
