買い手は商品が届いていないとゆう理由で、a-to-zクレームを申請しました。ですが我々が提供した追跡番号でお届け済みとなっています。そして英語の説明書がないとの主張に関して、我々は商品説明に日本語の説明書であると記載しております。以前この買い手から悪い評価を受けましたが、不当な評価とゆう理由を申し出たところ、無事に削除してもらいました。我々は買い手の不満を解消するために、できる限りの対応をしてきました。もちろん買い手から返品の要求があれば対応します。

The buyer filed an a-to-z claim, saying that his/her order had not arrived yet. But according to the reference number we provided, it is already delivered. He/she also complained that there was no English manual, but we made it clear in the product description that the manual would be in Japanese. Previously, we received a negative review from this buyer, and we told him/her that it was an unreasonable review, and he/she agreed to delete it. We have done everything to meet the complaint of the buyer. If the buyer requests a return, we will of course accept it.
