本日領事館において２回目の申請を行いましたが、申請が再度却下されました。その理由は、前回と全く同じで、「本書面には領事がA氏の目の前で確認した旨の記載があるが、これは事実と異なる」というものです。領事館で指摘されたのは添付書面でピンクに色づけした部分です。

もう一度本書面を修正する必要がありますが、本書面には英語訳がついていないので、我々はあなたに頼る他ない状況にあります。入念に内容を確認して頂きますようよろしくお願い致します。

We filed the second application today but it was rejected again. The reason was the following: the statement in this document that the consul confirmed it in front of Mr. A is not based on the fact. This is exactly the same as last time. Please review the attached document. The part pointed out at the consulate is highlighted in pink color.

This document needs modification again. Since there is no English version of this document, we just have to depend on you. Please check the contents of the document carefully.
