届いた商品の中身を確認しましたところ注文していない商品も複数同梱されており数量が違っておりました。

届いたのがタイプA5（馬）が19個で1個不足、タイプA6（ネコ）が5個で15個不足、A9（コーヒーカップ）が7個で3個不足となっています。

他は、注文していないイラストのバリエーションが各1個～2個入っていました。
これは、私では販売できない為、不要となり廃棄する以外に方法が無くこの分の代金を払いたくない。

不足している19個を発送か、19個分の値引きで対応をお願いしたいが可能ですか？

I verified the content of the package I recieved from you, and found that several items that I didn't order were included, and the amount of the item was also incorrect.
I received 19 units of type5A (horse) which is 1 unit short, 5 units of type A6 (cat) which is 15 units short, and 7 units of A9 (coffee cup) which is 3 units short.

Other that these, the variations of the illustration that I didn't order were included, 1-2 units each.
I don't want to pay for these items, because all I can do is to dispose them, for these are not sellable and thus not needed.

I want you to ship the 19 units which were insufficient, or make a discount for the 19 units, but is it possible?

「廃棄する」はdispose ofです。disposeだけですと意味が変わります。"make a discount for the 19 units"ですと、「19個に関しては割引してください。」という意味になり、ここでは「19個分の金額を差し引いてください。」という意味なので適当ではありません。
