先日購入したクロムブックですが、返品したいと考えています。
理由は、ポインターがうまく動作しないためです。
タッチパッドでの操作では無反応で、タッチパッドを押し込みながら別の指でドラッグするとポインターが動くのですが、画面のあちこちに瞬間移動する動きをするだけで、全く制御できません。

既に転送業者を通じ、日本まで商品が届いている状況です。
この場合、返品のための送料はどうなるのでしょうか?全額負担していただけるのか、それとも一部負担となるのでしょうか?

I'd like to return Chromebook due its pointer doesn't behave well.
It doens't move by touch pad operation at all. When I drag it with other finger while hardly insert it, the pointer moves - but it moves rondomely and cannot control at all.

The product has been arrived in Japan via land operater.
In this case, how do you deal with its shipping cost? Could it be fully covered or should I partially need to owe it?

It doesn't respond to touchpad operation at all. When I drag it with another finger while pressing onto the touchpad, the pointer moves - but it just moves randomly all over the screen and cannot be controlled at all.
