12月20日にご連絡いただいた追跡番号で追跡するとスイスランド宛に発送されております。
これは御社の発送ミスということでしょう
か？
どうしても今週中には必要な商品なので、もし間違えて発送している場合は私の住所宛に速達のEMSで発送してください。商品が今日から一週間以内に到着するよう手配してください。

I have not received 2 units of 12V 150W bulb which I ordered on December 12 and 5 bulb of 12V 150W which I ordered on Decemer 13 (total 7 units) yet.
When I tracked the delivery status with the tracking number that you gave me on December 12, it was sent to Switzerland. Does this mean you have shipped them out to a wrong destination by mistake ?
They are the products which I need by the end of this week, so please send them out to my address via EMS express, if you sent them to the wrong destination by mistake.
Please arrange to arrive the products within a week from today. I am considering to place a claim to eBay.
