「It's been a while」だと若干期間が短くなった「お久しぶりです」なので、状況に応じて変えてみては如何でしょう。
business はこの場合、doよりhaveの方がpoliteかもしれません。
「Could you tell me the price of some items you treat now and which is sold well for Japanese people.」だと
「現在取り扱いされている商品の値段と、どの商品が日本人に人気があるか教えてください」と分けて聞いている状態になりますが、問題は無いかと思います。
