私は10月25日に発送しています。
10月30日にバイヤーへお届けしたそうですが不在で配送業者が保管して
いるようです。

Confiming the tracking number, we have found that we dispatched them on 25th of Oct. The forwarding company devliered them to the buyer on 30th of Octo. but seems still holding them because they were absent . Please take care of this matter.

I noted "devliered" was not correct. Thank you for your kind attention. But I think "take care of ~" is not wrong. It should be a near translation along original Japanese. OK?

Sorry, Octo. is Oct. The meaning wasn't quite correct? What part? I don't understand your comments.
