今回の注文は$9のUPSによる航空便で配送をお願いします。
また先日添付した画像のアイテムを、各2つずつ注文します。
今月の25日前後に全ての商品がこちらで受け取れるように手配して頂けますか？
特に問題がなければ総額をお知らせ下さい。

それから別件ですが、
前回注文した商品のAについてですが
昨日、商品を弊社のお客様に配送した所、
お客様からBのサイズが小さすぎてCには取り付けることができないと連絡がありました。

ご指摘の"total amount for payment"は文法的に"total amount of payment"で正しいと思います。
total amount of paymentは正しくありません。
１．Total amount of payment＝支払いは既に済んだニュアンス
２．Total amount for payment ＝支払いすべきの金額の意味です
３．Total amount of paymentはナチュラルな英語ではありません
グーグルで”Total amount of payment"を捜索しましたら約200万のヒットがでます。しかし”Total amount for payment"を捜索しましたら400万以上のヒットもあります。捜索結果のヒットから各フレーズの使い方および意味が自分で推測できると思います。
ニュアンスの違い、理解できました。普段使用しているウエブ辞書ではtotal amount of payment しか記載されていないし、いままでそれを使用していました。日本のウエブサイトだからでしょうか。googleではヒットしなかったのですが私の検索の仕方のせいでしょう。勉強になりました。
