本来ebayのポリシーにもありますが、通常の返品はバイヤーの責任になるので、万が一荷物が届かなかったら返金が難しいので、追跡を勧めています。ebayに確認してもらってもかまいません。メッセージも全てebayが閲覧できます。しかし、今回はかなり特別に差額の$24を負担してもいいです。支払った以上の返金になるので、PayPalから私に差額を請求してください。
確認したいのですが、regular は$50もかかるのですか？それとも違う方法として、書いてあるのでしょうか？

I am, however, willing to cover the difference of $24 as an execption this time. Please send me a request for the difference via PayPayl as the return is over the payment amount.

Let me confirm one thing: Does the regular shipment really cost $50? Or are you referring to it simply as an alternative?
