判り易くていいですね、唯一気になったのが、a contract documentの箇所で、もしかしたらこの場合the contract documentのが正しいのかな、と思いましたが....でも全体的に問題の無い翻訳ですね(^^)

Hope you received it ok. and I （have been waiting） for your reply. (これなら今まで待っていたことになって、前半のよんでもらえましたか、という文章とは若干むすびつかないのでは。I will be waiting for とか I am waiting for にしなければ、まっています、にはならないと思います

現在完了形の使い方ですが、過去の一点の時を示す語句
たとえば６月２２日とかとは一緒に使えないと思います。

そうですね、私のミスです。６月２２日に送ったメールは、I sent an email とするべきでした、また、I have been waitingにしたのは、「ご連絡をお待ちしています」と、相手方がメールを読んたものと考えての言葉だと受け取りましたので。使いました。

返信ありがとうございました。後半の方は文法的な誤りはありませんし、わからないこともない気はします。しかし、前の”あなたがメールを受け取ったと思っています”、に続けて現在完了形を使うと、私はあなたの返事をまっていたのですよ、と文句をいっているような感じが私にはしたのです。日本人的発想かもしれませんが。

「もう読んで頂けましたか？ご連絡をお願いします。」を直訳にすると、少し催促気味に聞こえてしまうようでしたので、そのように訳しました。現在進行形にして、柔らかくするのも、一つの方法ですね。勉強になります。
