下記のレターは、Aの担当でも配布対象でもないようです。
B（データベース）にAユーザーでログインして検索してもヒットしません。
一度確認していただけますでしょうか。

This is a good translation. However, I would suggest changing "but did not hit" to "but didn't get a hit." Otherwise it sounds like you didn't punch it.
