パッケージの中で液体が8割ほど漏れております。
中の紙やパッケージも濡れて、ふやけています。
梱包状態はは添付画像をご確認ください。
特に並べて入れてあるわけではなく、乱雑に入れられています。
ただ、漏れている24個の商品を確認すると、全て蓋がゆるくなっており、
漏れていない商品についても、蓋がゆるいものが多数ありました。
パッケージに破損等はまったくありません。
おそらく、輸送中に漏れたのだと思いますが、
発送前段階でキャップがゆるいのは確かです。
(○○や△△についてもゆるい商品がたまにあり、中身が漏れていることもありました)
さすがに今回は漏れている量も多いですし、個数も多いので、
問い合わせをさせていただきました。
これを通常通り販売することはできません。
それなりの額ですので、補填の方をお願いしたいと考えております。
また、バケツの数についても対応をお願いいたします。
大きなダンボールに重ねて6個入っていました。

どう考えても、12個は入る大きさではありません。

They are not especially placed in a line, but are placed in a disorderly way.

and as for the products that were not wet, there were a few that also had loose lids.
There was no breakage of the package at all.
Most likely, they leaked during shipping,
but it is certain that the caps were loose before they were shipped.
