Discontinuation of the Use of Facebook Login to your Conyac account

Thank you very much for your support. This is Conyac Support.

As of Wednesday, January 31, 2024, we will no longer provide a Facebook login to use Conyac.

After the Facebook login discontinues, you will still be able to use Conyac by logging in with your email address (or user name) and password.

Please set your login method and password by  January 31, 2024.

1- Log in to Conyac as usual.

2- Add another login method from "Login Accounts" under your user name in the upper right corner of the screen.

2- Delete Facebook from "Login Accounts" under your user name in the upper right corner of the screen. 

*If you already have set another method of logging in, but have forgotten your password, go to "Account Information" to reset it and create a new password.

If you miss the transition period, please reset your password from the login page. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We kindly ask you to take action as soon as possible.
