My name is Kresna Raka Pramana, currently I am 26 year old. I graduated from Universitas Semarang in Febuary 2019. My major was Computer Engineering.
For the past year I've been working in Teleperformance Indonesia. I was a Custommer Success Specialist agent. My job is to resolve complaints asked by customers (driver partners & customers) by providing solutions in accordance with applicable policies. I worked in teleperformance from October 2019 to June 2021. When I worked in teleperformance I was given the responsibility to be a digital agent for email, outbound calls, and live chat, with occasional assistance on inbound call services. And then here in Transcosmos Indonesia, I was a telesales agent. I was responsible for making cold calls to potential customers to sign up for the product. I handled the registrations of new merchants, that includes screening of their documents and follow up the not complete registration data, through calls, email, and Whatsapp Chat.
