Hello,
my order is till 25.06 in Costums in the airport of Frankfurt.
İ called them and they told me that i can not do anything, just wait. İ do not understand what happened with my order. İ am leaving next week in holidays and i would like to have the order before i am going. And if the order is not arriving anymore, İ would like to have my money back

電話で問い合わせましたが私にできることは何もないのでただ待って下さいという回答でした。私の注文品に何が起きたのか理解できません。私は来週から休暇でバカンスに行きますので その前に注文品を受け取りたいです。 もしもう注文した品を受け取ることができないのなら払い戻ししていただきたいです。お手数おかけいたします。
