備考: ebayで商品が売れたが、ウクライナあての住所は送れないので、キャンセルしたい（キャンセルの許可を得たい）ことを伝えたい。

さきほど商品発送通知を送りましたが、日本郵便から「ウクライナ宛の荷物は、現在ウクライナが政情不安のため、引き受けられない」と言われました。発送不可のため、キャンセルしたいのですが、よろしいでしょうか？　米国など他の国に発送する場合も、一旦キャンセルする必要し、Paypal、ebayの発送先住所をウクライナ以外に指定した上で、購入してもらわなければ、送ることができません。お返事をお待ちしています。

I have just sent a notification of sending item.
But Japan Post said that they cannot accept the item to Ukraine since political situation is not stable in Ukraine. As I cannot send it, I want to cancel it. Would you agree with me?
Even in case of sending to another country such as USA, we have to cancel it first.
If you purchase an item by designating the address to which it is sent at PayPal and eBay to the one outside of Ukraine, I can send it to you. I am looking forward to your reply.
