今日、私は、トムさんから送られて来たＥＲＭに関するＥメールを初めて読んで、大変驚きました。ＵＫとＥＭＥＡで結ばれた契約が、現在、本社に提案している内容と大きく違うことは、非常に大きな問題です。違いが生じた理由を、合理的に説明する必要があると考えられます。
しかし、私のこの報告にもありますが、今回のグローバル展開に向けての大きな料金の枠組みを作ることの方が重要だと思います。本社も、同じように考えていて、我々からそれを提案してくれることを期待していると思います。

Today, I was astonished to read Tom's e-mail regarding ERM. It is an extremely serious issue that the contract closed between UK and EMEA is entirely different from the contents which we are proposing to the headquarters. I believe we need to explain the reason why such difference was mad in a rational way.
However, as I mentioned in this report, I think it is more important for us to make a large frame for the service fee for global deployment this time. The headquarters have the same opinion, and I believe they would also like us to offer it from our side.
