I am a fan of your company, and I purchase your products frequently. Since I live in Japan, I purchase your company’s products through ○○.com, which ship internationally.

I have a question in regards to an item. I find that the product picture listed on ○○.com is slightly different design as well as the color of tag from the picture listed on your company’s web shop.

If I purchase a product from ○○.com, which item am I going to receive?
