私たちのアカウントが停止された件についてアピール文を作成しましたので送ります。
アカウントが停止された原因‐　Amazon.ukで出品した際に閉鎖されたアカウントとの関連付けを疑われたからである。

1．なぜ今回の問題が起こってしまったのか。

当社の出品は、ツールにて一括出品を行っており、システムの不備でまれに日本の出品者と同じ商品をピックアップしてしまうことがある。
その都度確認し、見つかった場合は即削除しているが、今回はそれが閉鎖された出品者と同じ商品を出品されてしまっていた。
