こんにちは
元気ですか?
私は今急遽ハワイに滞在しています。
あなたに会いたかったのですが、時間がなくて今日の昼に日本に戻る予定です。
私は 来週ハワイに戻りますので次回お会いしましょう。仕事の話ですが、私達の商品を製造する為の準備が出来たら教えて下さい。後 前回あなたが話しをしていた日本の車を輸入して販売をしたいと言っていましたが、販売をする予定ですか?何か手伝う事がありますか?またメール下さい。
Hello.
How are you?
I wanted to meet you but had no time, so I will go back to Japan around today noon.
I will come back to Hawaii next week so let's meet next time.
As for business, please let me know when you prepare to produce our products.
As you said that you would like to import and sell Japan's cars, are you still going to sell them?
Are there anything to help you? Please send me again.

Here is a big difference of the meaning between the two: "Japanese cars (日本車)" "Japan's car (日本の政府が所有する車両)”. And the word "anything" should be treated as a singular noun. Therefore the verb should be "Is" instead of "Are".
