お手数で申し訳ありませんが、あなたのお住いの最寄りの郵便局に、下記のトラッキング番号をお伝えしていただき、到着がいつごろになるかお問合せいただけませんか？　
国外からの問い合わせの場合、確認にかなりの日数がかかってしまうらしく、受取人から問合せいただくのが一番早い確認方法です。

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience due to undelivered item.
As I checked on tracking site of Japan Post, it arrived at international exchange station in Brussels and left international exchange station on June 10th.
I'm afraid to take your time but will you inform the following tracking number at your nearest post office and ask when it will be delivered?
I was informed that it takes may days to check from other country for making inquiry, so it is fastest that the recipient makes an inquiry.
