The English is perfect. However, it would perhaps be more accurate to translate 準備をしています as 'preparing'. This makes sense in conjunction with the next sentence, which promises that the customer will be informed when the product is actually dispatched. Also, 'We have Japanese figures' seems to be overlooking 多数.
