下記の件についてその後連絡が何もありません。私は商品を返品して商品代金を全額返金していただきたいです。売り手と連絡を取っても返送用のラベルを送ってくれません。私はどのように対処すればいいか、至急お返事いただけないでしょうか。ご連絡お待ちしています。

I had not received any emails about the following. I would like to return the goods, and　obtain full refund.
Although I asked to send me the label to return the item, the seller does not send it. Could you tell me how can I do for this? I look forward to hearing from you.
