1.The price of the product that you offer us will keep the same for at least a year as long as we do transaction with your company.

2.The total price of the 1kg (950gr net) product should include price of raw material + cut boiling process + carton box + carton box design + Ship freight cargo until Osaka (CnF)

3.The Payment term is 30% by cash or T/T after we sign contract and remaining 70% by cash or T/T at site after checking quality and printing B/L.

4.We will trade the 70% remaining payment for the real document of EPA, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, B/L document, Process Flow Chart document, and Invoice (as instructed).

3. 支払い期間は、まず現金もしくはt/tで30㌫、そして契約を結び、品質とプリントB/Lを確認したのちに、残りの70㌫を現金かt/tでお支払となります。

4. 残りの70㌫の支払いは、現物EPA、証明書の原本、パッキングリスト、B/L資料、過程チャート資料、そして請求書(説明の通り)と引き換えとなります。
