I sent the item from a storehouse directly so I could not check the detail of it. I am sorry that you did not got an item what you expected because of it.
That is really unfortunate but if you would like to return and refund, it is possible.
In that case, I'm afraid to say but postage is paid by yourself.

I asked some shops but they say that you cannot get it without visiting the shop directly.
Also there are no shops around my house so I cannot sell the item.
